In 2008, the first season of her Bravo reality television series The Rachel Zoe Projectaired, marking her transition from stylist to the stars into a fashion icon in her own right.
She was born on September 1, 1971 in Millburn, New Jersey . Although Rachel Zoe studied sociology and psychology at the George Washington University and graduated in 1993, she started off a career in fashion by working in magazines around the 1990s. Around this time, Zoe worked for YM magazine, styling teen pop stars like Britney Spears.
